• Auto-sync: Data syncs to Firebase every 5 minutes and on page unload

All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS with industry-standard security measures.

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data.

We share data only in these cases:

• Community Content: Flashcards you upload to the community are visible to other users
• Service Providers: Firebase/Google for hosting and authentication

6. AI and Your Data

When you use AI flashcard generation, you can choose from multiple providers:

• Hugging Face (Free): Flan-T5, Mistral-7B, or Llama-3-8B models
• OpenAI: GPT-3.5 (requires your API key)
• Claude (Anthropic): Manual prompt option for Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini
• Your input text is sent to the selected AI provider for processing
• We don't store AI prompts long-term, only generated flashcards
• Each provider's privacy policy applies to their AI processing
• API keys (if provided) are stored locally and not shared

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Delete: Delete your account and data at any time
